• Grounding & Intention: We begin each session with a brief grounding meditation to become fully present, set our intention and energize our creative practice 🙏
• Collective Creative Consciousness: We flow into our individual art-making, focusing on your current project following the wisdom your heart within a shared field of amplified, supportive energy 🖌️
• Community Connection: We circle up with respect for our process, reflecting and celebrating each other in pure love 💞
