With Gratitude we thank you for tuning into our “Team Paint Brush” sacred circle community. I invite you to read a bit about my life and journey . You might be wondering why Gratitude? My way of interpreting perceptions and lessons in life has gradually led into using the tools of intuitive painting, being in community, practicing self care with art, ritual, and recognizing gratitude daily. My life’s journey through accepting heartfelt trials has led me back to my own power and recognising their silver linings. These underworld experiences allowed me to view challenges and old patterns as ways toward freedom of my heart and mind. Now, I live a happier mind, body, soul, and connected life through heart soul centered intentions, recognizing the spheres of wellness, and the importance of sacred community to rise above old paradigms. My purpose is to share with you and the world, Joy and self-love I have cultivated through the practice of heartfelt art and rituals, community, and the spheres of wellness. Experiences as a mother, a friend, a life artist, an elementary teacher, a shaman, and now an activities assistant in a senior home have enabled me to live in different perspectives. Teaching, friendships, and motherhood have developed my compassion for others and the confidence in my ideas I share. My artist life started at an early age and now has shifted from perfection to soulful intuitive learning at the canvas. I am an art college graduate and a CCFC coach who teaches a healing painting practice to encourage others to find their soulful artist. The healing experiences from trials and traumas started me on the pathway to mystical training with both Peruvian(The Four Winds) and Irish Shamanism ( A. Murphy). I practice a gentle connection to spirit through self care HeArt Rituals . My present daily life mantra, “I am shining my inner light for others”, helps me to maintain more presence, have a shifting mindset, develop a higher vibration, and develop inner wisdom.
