I am Grateful for my Sacred Intuitive ART Practice ✨
I Love the way Spirit flows with me, gently guiding me through my Intuition, while I’m creating.
It is amazing to me that every day my ART Practice is unique. Day after day, even after many, many years of creating this way, allowing my Intuition to guide me, I see a new image or message emerge as a reflection of the Infinite nature of our Love and creativity.
This is true of my Mystical Morning Page Practice ✨
Each morning I start my day with a Sacred Mystical Flow of Intuitive Creative Expression.
I practice allowing a gently guided page to emerge in my ART Journal.
This is nothing fancy, just a blank page and pen, and an intention to Trust and follow my Intuition. When I was first starting out I used a pencil and as I became more comfortable trusting the process I shifted to use a line marker pen, sometimes with washes of colour.
Every Page continues to be unique, with images and symbols and some have messages.
I am beginning to share them. Not because they are Great ART, but because the energy that flows with them lifts my Spirit.
It is my hope that perhaps you will be uplifted too, and feel more inspired and optimistic in your life ✨
